If we are contracted with your insurance, the dedicated staff at Crary Shoes will bill your insurance as a courtesy. However, it is up to YOU to contact your insurance and know your benefit coverage at the time of service.
If the product/service is not a regularly covered item, then you will need to get pre-authorization. If an item cannot be pre-authorized, you will be responsible for payment up front.
