Hooray for Crary Shoes

I have had a diabetic ulcer on my foot for at least a year and a half, seeing a podiatrist every two weeks and wearing orthotics, always the possibility preying on my mind that diabetics do sometimes lose feet.  Then Crary Shoes happened for me. On Sept. l9, 2007 I received my custom made shoes. In TWO Months, my ulcer was healed.  Crary Shoes will have me as a faithful customer.

Dear Meredith,

Many things enrich our lives… but it is not often a pair of shoes!

I had to put into words about what I have experienced since my first pair of CRARY SHOES.

After my first appointment, I couldn’t wait to tell my wife about you and your dad, Bill.  From the moment I walked through the door, your full attention was to take care of my foot problems by customizing a pair of shoes for me.  Being a Vietnam Veteran, I have had challenges with diabetes that resulted in the loss of my big toe and has caused me many difficulties and discomfort.

Three pairs of CRARY SHOES have their home in my closet now.  After I received my first pair, I immediately noticed how much my balance improved… like going up and down stairways.  They are extremely comfortable (more so than house slippers) and they all have great wear ability.  I also feel they give me security when I am outdoors walking on different types of landscapes.

Thank you and CRARY SHOES for making my life better!

Respectfully,

Larry Hanlon

Dear Crary,

“I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding pair of shoes you made for me.  Having been to three other companies who attempted to provide me with shoes, which were so exceptionally poorly made and ill fitting that I refused to accept them, I was delighted to find Crary Shoes. The shoes Crary made for me fit perfectly and have exquisite workmanship.  I am happy to recommend Crary Shoes to anyone needing truly exceptionally well made custom footwear.”

“You have had the most insight on making shoes that fit my needs and have provided the kind of personal touch, friendly business atmosphere and consistent results that will keep me as a customer for life.  I am confident in saying that you do what it takes to get the job done and take a lot of pride in making sure the needs of your clients are met.  This should come as no surprise to you but to a customer it means a lot.
I have had experience working with other companies who tried to make shoes for me.  No one has been able to give me the kind of personal service and quality product that you have.
I am glad you are in the business to help me with making shoes that work for my needs.  Without the shoes I am wearing today I would be in a walking cast or on crutches.  It gives me a huge amount of confidence to wear shoes that don’t give me the stigmatism of going to work in a walking cast or crutches.  The shoes you have built for me look professional, comfortable and fit my overall needs.  The only complaint I would have is that I don’t have more of them to wear.

“It’s been a long, difficult row to toe and I am ever so grateful to you for your patience, kindness, and workmanship.  Life is rather difficult for Keith, but he keeps a smile on his face and slowly plugs along.  So all the consideration you have given him has been deeply appreciated.”
